The internal structure of the mount

Mount

A stainless steel strip was bended to shape of the Tondo with further internal steel reinforcement to support the weight. Small clippers were made to support the top.

Tondo was not equally leveled, so plastazote had to be cut in exact profile to make sure entire circumference was in contact with cushioning.
